Our Wellness Center staff will provide you assistance in your individual fitness needs by developing a personalized exercise program. Our 5000-square foot facility includes but not limited to a full line of Cybex Resistance equipment, resistance training machines, free weights, and group exercise classes. While we invest in you, from yoga to high-intensity interval training, we have what you need to achieve your fitness goals. We offer a full array of Free Weights, Resistance Machines, Cardiovascular equipment, fully equipped locker rooms, and a full-time on-site knowledgeable staff.

We utilize an APP called GYM Catch for scheduling your classes. This App allows you to sign up for any class, and you can be placed on standby to be scheduled for the next available class time. You will then be notified via the app on your phone about your scheduled class.

What We Offer
Our facility is a five thousand square foot, heart-pounding, muscle-pumping, feel-good fitness facility. We offer a full line of Cybex Strength Systems weight machines as well as free weights, Treadmills, Recumbent Cycles, Stairmasters, Elliptical machines, and group classes. Our Wellness staff will provide you with professional assistance in designing a personalized exercise program just for you. We also offer a full complement of health, fitness, and wellness education programs to increase community awareness about the benefits of exercise, proper nutrition, and health education.
