You have been admitted to Wayne General Hospital by your doctor, who is also a member of our medical staff. We will keep admission procedures as simple as possible, but we need basic information to meet state and regulatory requirements. Information provided will be held in confidence. If you are having outpatient surgery, pre-admission registration is needed to facilitate a smooth entry into the hospital on your day of surgery.
