The Giving Tree

The Giving Tree is a symbol of support and caring. A donor’s gift may be for them to express an occasion such as a celebration of friendship, sympathy or in memory of a relative or loved one. Donor’s can purchase a leaf or plaque with the inscription of their choice to permanently display their generosity.

Guardian Angel Award Nomination Information

Would you like to recognize the exceptional care provided to you at Wayne General Hospital?
You can nominate a staff member to be your Guardian Angel by making a donation of $25 to the Wayne General Hospital Foundation. Recognized staff members will be presented a certificate and Guardian Angel pin by a Foundation board member.
